We walk through it. You leave knowing what to do next, whether or not you hire me again.
If your report doesn't document at least five reclaimable hours a week, and we agree on that together at the review call, no invoice: you pay nothing and keep the report.
The founding rate is for honest feedback and, if I earned one, an introduction. The fee credits in full toward follow-on work started within 60 days.
What I'm actually doing when I say "AI"
What I build and use is closer to a set of small, reliable helpers: keeping books current, organizing documents or finding the three emails that matter.
The difference from a chatbot is memory and repetition. A system knows the job and shows up tomorrow. You do not need to understand what happens underneath. You tell me where the week gets stuck.

No. I take no affiliate fees or vendor commissions. Most recommendations cost zero to forty dollars a month.
What happens to what I tell you?
Your discovery call lives in professional AI tools under agreements that don't train on your data, in access-controlled storage. I delete working files on request, and routine backups age out on a schedule. The engagement letter you sign before we start spells all of this out in plain language.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. Calls, report and follow-up in English or Spanish.
How long does it take?
